EXTREMEX. Independence project launched a series of presentations
EXTREMEX. Independence – the main park extreme festival in Moscow is to take place on June 12-16, 2013 in Sokolniki. This time, however, the event will be held in a new, unusual format. On June 12, the Russia’s Independence day, there will be a fantastic moto freestyle show featuring pro-riders not only from Russia but this time also from abroad. The show is to take place on the Festival Square, equipped with spacious tribunes. Moskau Messe Company will traditionally be the organizer of the festival.
Moreover, from June 12 to 16 the territory of the Sokolniki Park is to host several interactive zones on different kinds of extreme sports, with official championships and cups. The exposition of the best sporting goods and services as well as latest models of deluxe extreme sports vehicles from quad bikes and sportbikes to towboats and racecars will take place on the Fountain Square. During the festival there will be the All-Russian concert of alternative music featuring iconic hip-hop artists, punk-rock bands and DJs. On November 2-4 the presentation of EXTREMEX. Independence took place at the Ski Salon exhibition in Gostiny Dvor. Visitors and guests of the Salon were positive about our decision to revamp the format of the EXTREMEX project. Many of them were confident that the festival will be one of the most memorable extreme-events of the next summer in Moscow. It should be noted that Ski Salon traditionally holds showboarding and mountain skiing competitions. EXTREMEX. Independence will feature the same activities, the only difference is that pro-riders will use the longest artificial chute in Moscow (200 meters) which is to be installed in Sokolniki Park this December. Admission to all of the events of the festival will be free! EXTREMEX. Independence project launched a series of presentations
