Governor supported the idea of EXTREMEX Festival
Extreme World Expo Show management received an official letter signed by the Kamchatka Region Governor, V. Ilyukhin. It is written that the Kamchatka region is going to be presented at EXTREMEX Festival as the Gold Sponsor of Travel Extreme Section.
Kamchatka has a rich tradition in the field of adventure tourism and is actively developing such areas as rafting, kayaking, sport fishing and hunting, ecotourism, jeep tours, volcano tours, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, Hailey-ski, dog sledding and so on. Ministry for Sports and Tourism of the Kamchatka region will directly prepare Kamchatka to the exhibition.
According to Minister V. Kravchenko, their participation in the International Festival of extreme sports, recreation and tourism will impact positively on attractiveness of Kamchatka as a tourist destination, and will contribute to the core of the strategy for tourism development in the Kamchatka region until 2025.
Recall, EXTREMEX show is to be held in exhibition pavilions of Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre, Moscow from 24 to 27 of May 2012. The event is organized by Moskau Messe Company.
