On September 20, 2011 Kamchatka Minister of Sports and Tourism, Viktor Kravchenko paid a business visit to Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre. CEO of Moskau Messe — the organizer of the festival — Alexey Kharyutkin and project manager, Denis Tsukanov met the guest of honor.

Kamchatka is thoroughly preparing for the festival. As part of the exhibition, pavilion 4 of Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre to host an exclusive stand presenting the most popular extreme sports in Kamchatka, such as ski mountaineering, snowboarding, skiing, heliskiing, kayaking, rafting, scuba diving, sport fishing and hunting, and many others (more than 20 kinds). The basis for design of the exhibition is assumed to include world-famous volcanoes of the Kamchatka region. Well-known pro-riders will specially come from Kamchatka to perform in the show program. In addition, the administration of the Kamchatka region plans to actively participate in conferences, as well as to hold a presentation for businesses and potential investors.

Victor Kravchenko visited the pavilions, where exposition and show-zone to be hosted, and he confirmed that everything must be held at the highest level. The minister also visited the Contemporary museum of calligraphy, noting that such project hosted in Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre is a nice addition to the spiritual atmosphere of the business sector.
