Within the EXTREMEX Festival, which is to be held in Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre from 24 to 27 May 2012, all-Russian conference The relevance of extreme sports, recreation and tourism in contemporary Russia / Investing in Russia's extreme is scheduled. The organizer of the conference, as well as the exhibition, is Moskau Messe Company with the support of the Federation’s Council on Physical Culture, Sports and Development of the Olympic Movement, and the Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy.

 

Representatives of sports and social organizations, manufacturers of goods for practicing extreme sports, tour operators from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and other Russian regions will take a part in the conference. As special guests, the heads of large international companies will attend the conference. They are to talk about private-public partnership in bringing investment into the industry, as well as to analyze cases of successfully completed international projects aimed at attracting young people to take an active and healthy lifestyle. Among the speakers famous Russian and foreign pro-riders are expected to come. They will discuss important topics on sponsorship and promotion of extreme sports to the masses.
