A New Record from Nick Wallenda
Nick Wallenda, a famous circus artist, set a new world record. The reckless American walked the wire, stretched from Bayfront Park to the nearest high-rise building in Florida, 61 metres above the ground, neglecting any safety equipment. Despite the 15 min stunt’s complexity, it was more than successful. The holder of 6 Guinness World Records was acknowledged by a storm of applause; BBC broadcasted the whole event live.
